I grab a thick needle with one hand (otherwise known as filter needles) and I take the end out of the syringe thereby stopping any pressure (basically the rubber stopper so it allows them to bleed out) On the other hand I grab a knife (scapel maybe?) I try to sneak up on the soldier if he see's me I sprint toward him and try to move away from where his weapon is pointed.
If he didn't see me: After I manage to sneak up on him I hit the underside of his knee with mine and disallow him from standing back up. I grab his gun after throwing away the needle and point it at his head the knife I keep on his windpipe and I ask what he's doing here
If he saw me: I throw the needle aiming for his face. And using the sprint I jump and I extend my arm aiming to hit his neck with my arm, If i feel I cant do that I grab his shoulder and try to force him to the floor. I use the knife in a stabbing grip and hold it against his neck and ask him what he's doing here

(second try and I wrote so much too) I grab a large needle (or a filter needle) in one hand and a knife (scapel?) in the other, if I can get my gun I get that instead
If I get my gun: I go into the other room sprinting and fire at the intruder aiming for his legs and arms.
If I dont have a gun: I try to sneak up on him with the knife and needle
If I fail to sneak up on him: I sprint toward him keeping away from the direction his gun is pointed at and throw the needle at him, after i throw I jump and grab his shoulder to push him to the ground and I keep the knife in a stabbing grip and toward his throat and grab the gun with my free hand then ask what he's doing here.
If I manage to sneak up on him: I hit the underside of his knee with my knee throwing him off balance, I throw the needle away and grab his gun then I keep the gun aimed at his head and the knife at his throat and ask what he's doing.
