I head down and then sneak into the place. Once I'm in I will explore and keep an eye out for either. If I get spotted I kill the person before the alarm can be sounded. I also kill any guards that I can't avoid.

I have Moon distract the guard while I sneak up behind Fronz and try to use my chain like a choker. I f you don't know what I'm doing then think of the old Western movies where you would see some bad guy sneak up behind someone and then choke them with what looked like a couple of strings made out of mettle or a rope.
