Welcome to TPSAG. This is something I wanted to try because project civilization is on hold due to major issues with the game. Anyways, this game doesn't have any real point or anything. Just run around the big random city, mess with people, do a variety of ridiculous quests and overall, mess around. There are rules however: Sensitivity isn't always required, but you cannot magically fly or anything. However, when you drive a car into a fire hydrant it will explode and the broken car will fly in the air. Yes. So, err... Yeah.
