I apologize in advance as I see there are already two similar topics started, but neither seemed quite relevant so its worth a shot.
Upon clicking 'Play' a screen pops up explaining that the game will open in a separate window, click the 'run' button on any warnings, etc. However, nothing else ever opens. No pop-up, no security warning, no new tab. After downloading directly from the Spiral Knights page everything works, but it doesn't recognize my Armor Games account.
I am using Firefox, Java is fine, and pop-ups aren't blocked. I would really appreciate any ideas on how to fix this. Thanks in advance
trying, it you are referring to the giant 'lay now' button then yes, obviously my issue is I press it and nothing happens aside from aforementioned explanatory screen.
Now if you are referring to a different box, then I apologize for above sarcasm as I don't see anything else.
And naga, I'm trying to avoid creating any more accounts or else I would just sign up through the spiral knight website since I know that works
thanks for the constructive comments xeano! I went through your list and double checked everything. After updating java I finally get the security warning, but after clicking 'run' the loading box freezes. Seems like I'm now in the same boat as this thread:
Alright!! I have figured out the issue. The issue wasn't in updating java, but updating the Java Add-on in Mozilla. After doing this, the game is running fine

Thanks for the help everyone, I have figured it out! It wasn't updating java that was the issue it was updating the java add-on through firefox. After updating and allowing the java console add-on the game was up and running in no time.
Oh come on! Iv just done everything people have suggested on here, just updated all my plug ins as well but everytime I click on Spiral Knights I just get a picture of mario, why am I the only person in the world this is happening to??
