Hopefully this is the right place to post this. I'm trying to play Gemcraft Labyrinth and it's not loading. It looks like the server is overloaded.

Also, the game make a call to api.playtomic.com to check for Premium Edition (which I have) and that is reporting a 503 error (back-end server is over capacity.)

I saw this error a couple of weeks ago on the weekend. Cleared up later in the day.

Please investigate this. Thanks.

Update flash player, try another browser, see if that clears up the issue.

It could be a heavy server load... That's to be expected with the popularity of the game.

Have you tried refreshing the page? Also, what browser are you using? I use Firefox and it's loading normally (I checked just a minute ago).

Hopefully, you've been able to get the game to load up and you are busy playing by now. If you need additional help, please share which OS and Browser (and version) that you are using. This way we can help you further.

Such a nice feedback... i love it!
I have read what you sugested, and i followed it.
The browser is Orbitum (from Google chorme v43.0.2357.135). Flash is up to date on it.
I tried to load the game in Internet Explorer, and it worked perfectly. Sooo, next step was to clear cahe in Orbitum, and then game loaded perfectly.
The lesson is (again) "in any weird situation, clear the cahe".
