You can request a perma-ban by e-mailing support@armorgames.com, though you should not expect a quick response. Also, you only need to post in English.
And if that doesn't work (a quick response that is...), why not simply delete all your profile info, close your messenger and leave it behind? They mentioned in the past that they will be deleting ghost/dorment accounts in the future when the new AG3 website launches...
