The Country of Panem known from the Hunger Games. You will start at the age of 10, you will be put into a random District, and then will randomly be in Seam, or not, 1/25 chance of being a mayor's son/daughter 1/20 chance of being in market area, and 1/5 chance of being in 1/5.Then you will get to pick what you can do out of that District. Fairly simple. (yes i know there was a HG thread but this isn't just around the HG).
