Khergit Khanate: Born in the saddle, and die in the saddle, these people hail from the steppes, they excel in horsemanship, and their leaders are master hit and run tacticians, prolonged engagements are the bane of their existence
The Rhodoks: They're the best at killing horses with their spears and men with their crossbows, they are perfect for defending areas and will do it with their lives, not surprisingly their kings are the same

As long as no unexpected complications arise, we should be able to defeat the Nords. The militia will man favorable positions around the town, bordering the hill. (Buildings, large grain stalks, etc.) The cavalry will be a stand-by reinforcement group. When the brunt of their forces meet one of the militia units, the militia will allow the enemy to seperate their formations, this is when the cavalry will smash into the enemies. When the enemy shows that they will be able to conquer the outlying areas of the town, we will fall back into the central town, setting up ambush positions and blockades to slow down the nords. If the enemies morale doesn't break, or become annihalated by then, we will make a bottleneck defensive position in the town center.
