Lets discuss crimes? How are they solved? Does the police do everything they can to solve crimes?If someone is murdered, and there is a stolen bike, what will the police do? Well for that, most probbably, the police will let a bike stealer get away!!!!! But still.... Can the police do everything or they are all corupted?

They're not able to do everything and this doesn't mean they're corrupt. It depends on how many officers are already out on something, how many funds they have etc.
