Hmm, I've played Civilization, for the Ipad I think.
Anyways, lets see, for the time being, I'll send 2 soldiers north (one east and one west), last soldier will patrol the perimeter in case someone attacks;
have the researchers(2) start researching err, what can I research(?): fishing, farming, writing, bronze working, riding, lumberjack, mining -- the order is in priority first, so pick the first one that's allowed, thanks;
lastly, I'll have 3 workers start hunting, or are they limited to soldiers? If so, I'll have the workers start gathering whatever they can find: mushrooms, twigs, branches, leaves, rocks, berries, etc. I'll have 2 tend to the livestock.

Your 2 soldiers head east and west, and will return from their travels in a while. Your researchers begin to focus on fishing techniques and inventions, which will be done in about 2 posts if no interference occurs. Your workers then begin to search and gather resources out of the forest, and will come back in a while. Your 2 workers, who have been caring for the livestock, seem to have been successful in mating them, one seems to be pregnant. They are eager in trying to learn more about domestication. (Animal Domestication tech added)
