bsi over 10, no achivment, anyone else having this problem?

Sometimes it is delayed.
Just wait a little, you will get your quest.

The BSI over 10 after 100 only works if you have 11+ BSI, not like 10.01 BSI. Hope this helps

The description says:
Get a BSI over 10 after level 100
10.01 is over 10

If not then it's Quest wrongly described

What equipment do you use for leveling?

You use stamina, energy and honor for leveling, not equipment.
Equipment may contain bonuses that will increase energy, stamina and honor.

I meant to ask which equipment do you use to increase energy, stamina and honor :P

There's a piece of Callisa's armor you receive as a daily reward. Each piece gives a +5 bonus to your energy and stamina, as well as increasing your hp by 50. Don't know when the daily rewards are going to return to normal though.

And also Callisa's armor gives you PVP bonus.
You can find a variety of things during the game that increase these characteristics.
In my opinion the quickest way to levelup is with stamina so...
