Yeah it 'shows up on my screen, but isn't doing anything? When I check my profile. It says I haven't completed any quests... Do I have to beat the game first or something?
Check that it says quest complete at the bottom of the screen. I don't know of any need to complete the game but it may be that there is some kind of delay between finishing the quest and actually getting it on your profile page.
