Lord Takeshi has a shield that goes up on him for about 4 seconds every time you hit him, so space your attacks. Don't use shadow guardians as they will keep hitting him and putting his shield up. Use ice spikes and blink to keep him away when he is chasing you. Shadow Bolt him every once and a while to deal damage. If you don't let him stun you, you will kill him eventually.
