@Radina this was an older post that was responded to, so I'm going to be locking this as it's a little bit of a bump from a few years back. As to your contact, Dino Storm is no longer playable form our site. Instead the folks over at SplitScreen are handling the games. It's my understanding that your Armor Games info will still work when you access the game from SplitScreen's site.
If you have trouble with your account you'll need to contact http://support.splitscreenstudios.com/ Also please make sure to inform them that you are trying to access the Dino Storm as well as your Armor Games account name.
