I am taking this dead idea from Veksings Wilderness RPG game Link//armorgames.com/community/thread/9066271/wilderness-survival-rpg/page/1
It will be the exact same stuff except some tweaks here and their to help my liking. If you like being outdoors, in the wilderness, and know a few wilderness survival techniques, then this game will be very fun. If you know how to survive very well, and know exactly what to do in your situations, then the game will be even more interesting. Beware:You may be attacked by wild animals in this game so try your best to avoid killing or being killed. You will also need to eat, drink, and sleep to survive. I WOULD add skill points, like agility and stuff like that, but it ends up being to much to take care of in the end, so that will not be included in this game. The three main factors: is the hunger, thirst, and sleep. Depending on the amount of: Hunger Thirst Sleep ------------- ------------- ------------ Well fed Very hydrated Well rested Fed Hydrated Rested Okay Okay Okay Hungry Dehydrated Tired Starving Very dehydrated Exhausted
Starting Points: These are the choices of where you can start.
1: Desert: a dry sandy area that only consists of little water and lots of heat. 2: Rain Forest: a wet tropical place where their may be lots of food and water, but watch out deadly animals are everywhere. 3: Tundra: a frozen ocean with deadly animals and little food. (only experienced people start here)
On to the Character Sheet -------------------------------- Name: (Your name here) Starting PointPut one of the three choices) Hunger: Well fed Thirst: Very Hydrated Sleep: Well rested Rank: N00b EXP: [0/100]
When you perform an action and increase your hunger level, or craft a shelter for yourself, then you will gain EXP, then rank up.
Try creating some details like lets say you need x amount of food/water per day food can be in grams, rough estimate is something like this water in ounces. Look up what you need per day in each climate. Also throw in things like body weight/fat...
Its not a bad idea but if your going to come up with scenarios for us then you might want to consider putting people in groups, just to write scenarios for multiple people
Also I would say whats the point of leveling in this? Why not simply reward people with something useful to surviving...A better stat would be Number of Days or something lol
Then there is also things like sicknesses and injuries you might want to consider. Depending on what people carry with themselves into the wild could mean the difference from dying or not lol, hyperthermia?
Name: Emmy Starting Point:Rainforest Hunger: Well fed Thirst: Very Hydrated Sleep: Well rested Rank: N00b EXP: [0/100]
You wake up to find you are in the middle a rainforest, you are so startled for a second you pinch your self! You decide you will do what you can to survive until you wake up. What do you do first?
