The year is 2021, in less than a week, 60% of Earth's population has been killed and turned into zombies. As the days started gangs took most of the supplies leaving very little for scavengers.

Doctor- Syringe, Bandages x 20, morphine containers x 5, water bottles x 2. Skills gained- Medicine (12), surgeon (4)

I look back the way I came towards the hospital. "There has to be something that can help me in there." I say to myself. I open the door and head over to the hospital, trying to be as silent as I can. I leave the makeshift bandage on for now, but if I leave it on for more than 30 minutes I take it off.
You get into the hospital, and close the door silently.. Theres 3 infected in the waiting room to your right, and one in the desk in front of you, about 10 yards away

I run up to the desk zombie and bury my knife into its head. I check to see how far the other zombies are from me, and if they are far enough, I run up to the next floor.

I leave the hospitle, and look around outside for anywhere that might have newspapers, so that I can get a better idea of what's going on. I keep on going towards the downtown area until I find newspapers.

You get to the street. You see an over turned ambulance, and past that a Barricade with police officers with M-16's and 2 soldiers with mounted machine guns opening fire into the crowd of zombies. There must be hundreds of zombies there....
