The level 13 gold chest is where there is a dynamite hanging on a rope. Once the dynamite blows up, the gold chest will fall out.

Which one is the one on 16? Is that the one on the aerial lift? You need a flare gun for that one.

A lot (most?) of them weren't working before either, its good to confirm that they still are not working.
