That is probably a glitch. You were out of life all the way? I've heard others say that, rarely, it won't trigger the "death skull dust poof" when all your health is gone.

Nope... I had half a bar of life left, but that cleared to '0' in an instant... =/

Wow i finally got all the other quests besides getting to level 16. My record is 10 >,

Excuse me, I completed the quest Power Presence (as seen on the sceenshots below) but I didn't got the quest, is it some bug or I didn't actually completed the quest?

Did you just complete it? Sometimes it takes a while for the Quest to show up on your profile. However, if the Quest didn't unlock during gameplay (the swords chiming and the Quest appearing in the left top corner of the screen), it could be there is something wrong with it. Call me lucky, because I got wings on my 3rd try in whole game on lvl 2 or someting like that.
And I also got 99 ammo on lvl 4 or something like that...

Yum!All this cake-talk makes me wanna eat one!And just so you know, I haven't found any wings yet!And also, BoMToons, someone go to about 79,000 levels! o0 Do you think this is a glitch, or someone that played for 3 weeks straight?P.S. My high score is 5.Still need work though.I got 4/8 achievements!I just need Ammo Ambush, Lucky 13, Power Presence and Sky Commander.

There should be a quest called Like A Boss where you need to beat a boss without taking damage.

Also I finally got wings and Ammo Ambush!More quest ideas: Looter, Get all loot in 1 room.Epic Looter, Get all loot in 3 rooms.Like A Boss, Kill a boss without taking damage.Too High, Die from fall damage.Stupid Acid!, Die in acid 5 times.Pyromaniac, fire 10 rockets or 10 grenades in one game.Boom!, Die from rockets or grenades. Nightmare, kill 50 snails and 30 bats.Mind Changer, Get all helmets in one game.Block Smasher, smash 30 blocks with Block Breaker.Devistating, kill a boss in one hit.This Looks Familiar..., Play the same environment twice in a single game.

Ok so now I am really pissed. Spent hours to get to this point and what did I get ? Nothing !!!

7 permanent upgrades, i have found only 6!
at what level can you find the wings BTW?
