Story: (Year 2284) You live in Arizona, in a town called Skillet, located over Vault 7 which together hold 500 people. Due the immense heat (ranging from 80 to 100 in farenheit) is usually left alone from raider, but suffers from regular fire ant and radscorpion attacks. A man named Johnathon (John) Campbell arrives in the town with a large caravan consisting of up to 12 brahmin. He recently suffered a raider attack and lost 2/3 of his guards, and has come to Skillet to replenish the guards he lost.

Ok well the main difference is that playing in an RP you don't have to list your character or anything like that right above what you are going to do. It requires more detail and you have to post a lot more.
An example of an RP post would be: As John approached the nearby town, it only seemed to get hotter and hotter. He looked to Larson, a Super Mutant he had befriended that now travels with him, who had no trouble dealing with the heat. John looked ahead and kept walking until he reached the entrance, which was just a gate surrounded by makeshift walls and a few guard towers.
That is just a very small post of what an RP post would look like.
More like this: I quickly pull my dagger from my sheath on the right as I stare at the man (or woman) in front of me. I make the first move by grabbing his throat with such a speed and force that he is unable to move due to fear. I put my dagger near his throat as I stand to the side of him.

Before the nuclear occured, Shiro already have the man which makes her smile. This man makes Shiro change, she start talking to others and try to smile sometimes. She married this man when she was 23. Somehow, this man killed by a Ghoul. Shiro didn't forget about this man and continue her life.
