The objective is to destroy the boss with whatever you can use in the city. The boss is attempting to destroy this city because of reasons. The city has four sides and a center, each with its own buildings (some are only found in that block). All these buildings can be looted, searched, fortified, dismantled, etc. "Game Over" occurs when all/most parts of the city are destroyed.

well, rifles and knives < Riot shield, lol. If the knife guys run at me, I just shield bash the hell out of them, If any grenaders grab a grenade, I'll try to shoot em. The rifle shots should really just bounce off the shield xD

Target the boss. He's got a high powererd machine gun, so you should try to get in a place with cover (maybe deploy your shield?) and pop his head off. Or try to. Bosses don't die in one hit. Alternatively, you should shoot the Rebel soldiers to draw the heat away from Evil-I mean Mike. I'll wait for the ninja and the spellcaster to respond, maybe post on their wall if they don't.
