Can someone please explain in detail what this upgrade does, I've googled everything possible but I just don't understand what this upgrade does!
I just got it... its simple. the more people hit by an attack by an artillery tower, the less dmg each enemy takes. this upgrade stops this from happening, maximizing your damage.
