@FlashLover - you have to upgrade Factory, Outpost and Shelter to level 3, and reduce threat to 0%. Once you have all 3 maxed and threat at 0, it will stay at zero and the zone will never get attacked again.
@Gantic - yep, both ATM and melee quest are bugged. I've tried everything. Guess I'll come back in a month like with Decision: Medieval.
And let me also say that just like that stupid civilian quest on Medieval, it is SUPER annoying to have a 'collect all' quest without an actual tracker in game to tell you how many you have left. Especially since they have achievements for things like Stashes, but NOT ATM's, is incredibly annoying.
Hmm, the quest is a bit odd; normally, quests are tied to in-game quests/achievements so players can track the quests easily. This is not the case here though. There is no progress bar or notification of any kind for the quests.
Funny... I've been playing this game for a short while and the first Quest I unlocked is one of the Quests labeled 'Hard'?! I came across a Boss in the Massacre area and got it after defeating it!
@bbb999 I think I saw someone mention the last inspector being in the final district/area... maybe you should revisit the section with the shelter of that particular area and convoy him to the shelter?
And returning to the discussion about the 500 Melee Kill Quest... I think this was designed as a survival-type of Quest, meaning you have to go to an area with continuous feed of enemies and then try to kill 500 there within a single run by using a melee weapon only. The question remains... is the machete considered (read: labeled as) a melee weapon according to the stats in-game?
The name of the 500 melee kills quest is "fists of fury". So doesn´t that mean you have to use only your fists skill ? But if the machete works than fine.
