Hi there!

You should try the basic trouble shooting for flash games:

- Refresh the page
- Try loading in incognito (local saves won't work, online saved games on AG will)
- Deleting cookies and cache (You will lose all local saved data [stored in computer])
- Updating flash player
- Checking for connection (slow connection always hinders online games)

i did try all of this already and more but nothing change

its stuck in loading game ui resource...
is it my video card??

If you're video card was the problem, it wouldn't just be stuck at 33%.

Anything else you can tell us? Is it just the flash games going crazy? what about videos?

every thing is good except the game
i tried 2 laps one of them windows8 just like my problem
and the other one win7 run perfectly
that's very weird its just like my flash player and my browser

no it's always late in loading mybe 25sec each load

i tried all browsers IE ,fire fox ,chrome

yeah i waited 1 whole day and miss a lot of things should i be happy =D

This sounds like a connection problem, a lot of these loading errors occur because of bad connection. Especially since what you're saying points out that it's not hardware or software problems. Make sure to have a good, stable and reliable wifi!

i told u its run perfectly in other lap in my house (same connection)
maybe its java problem or domain protection ?
or cuz i log in on 4 device in 1 day ?

@Yagami1990 If it's working elsewhere, but not on your computer then there is something up with how that computer is configured. Test an "Incognito" window in Chrome, or a "Privacy" window in FireFox. Additionally, disable any third-party programs such as firewalls, anti-virus software, security software or anything that may prevent your connection.

Finally, if you're at home or work or school, be mindful that there is the ability to block ports or prevent the computer from loading certain games. It could be that those security measures are preventing you from playing.

I am very confused i am using my sister lap now in the same connection i have and its run perfectly ?? my net is not the problem

@Yagami1990 We can't solve all issues, especially if it's on your computer side. Sorry, you'll need to figure out what may be going on - but clearly you can see it's working outside of your system. You could also try contacting Castle Clash, maybe they can help better?
