Bug: objectives completed early aren't recognized.
I went a bit ahead of myself and created two offices before the objective requiring them was issued. When the objective came up, the game didn't notice I had already completed it, and I had to create a third office before it noticed that I had two of them.
suggestion: when a new objective pops up, check to see if it's already completed.
Bug: broken computer not recognized by IT.
I had a computer break down, and somehow IT didn't notice it, and it never got fixed.
