Let me be clear. When I tap the "Mobile chat" button that hovers at the bottom right of the screen, it opens a new page, and then I am told that I must "Log in" to chat. Logging in on AG doesn't fix it.

I should mention that it doesn't work for Android either.
I have no problems on iPad.
Hmm. Is there anything special you did to set it up? Did it open a new tab or use the current one? Still says that I must log in.
By default it had worked for me. @eliakith, try using the chrome app or any other browser app you can find in the app store.
Same problem here. It doesn't work on the Google app or Safari. It worked fine before, then randomly stopped.
Could I have to log into it on computer first? Because other browsers don't work either.
