Any ideas as to what might be messing up the "last post" thing on some threads? I don't mean the old first-post-on-new-page thing, but this:

I'm using IE9 and Firefox, in case this is one of those zany browser issues.

I've gotten the same thing on Chrome, so it's probably not a browser issue. It may or may not be the same as the "lag thing" in this thread, which @Ferret said was known.
