While waiting for a post, were I in your shoes, I'd consider visiting the game's webpage/forums to look for any known bugs or reports with synthesizing the item! If I didn't see anything on the site, I'd then contact R2 Game's support team and ask for some help and let them know what is happening when I try to make the item.
