If you are looking for the last 5 posts you started, or the last 5 replies to posts, you can check your profile to see them. This is a recent feature we added (and a common request) and it's enabled on everyone's profile by default.
Otherwise, at the moment you may want to think about using your bookmarks and create a folder and just save links if you post a lot. At least that is what I do most often.
