my name is supposed to be Dovakhin896 but its been changed if there isn't a way to do that is it possible some one might have hacked me?

Are you sure you got the right account? The only way to change the name is to request a name change from the admins after getting 250 Quests (Which you currently don't have!). if not, trying asking one of the admins to check up your account status. @Ferret

Correct, you must have 250 Quests.
