I've been playing the game for quite some time without issue and i just faced an issue i can't solve on my own.
Here is all the information i can think of :
I recently transcended, and was on my 2nd or third ascension.
Everything was fine until I ascended one more time
I noticed something quite weird : some of my heroes stayed unlocked with their previous levels still here, as if the ascension didn't work.
I decided to reload the game to try to resolve it.
As a result, I can't log again to the game :
If i'm logged into Armor games, the game block on the "connecting to server" step. If i'm not, it load normally, and present a new game.
I face the issue on both Firefox AND Chrome, and i did empty chrome cache, without any improvement.
I do have a save of my game a few zone before that ascension, and it loads and ascends just fine (and thus let me play without the AG save & load mechanism, but that ain't really functional).
As an extra information, i'm in a clan but nothing particular related to that happened in the last months : no changes or anything.
Any help in getting the game to load would be much appreciated.
