I'm working on trying to get this ad to show up for me. So far it seems to be hiding from me. Can you please let me know if there is a specific game or the URL of the game you play when you see this ad? I'm trying to track down the ad so that I can r-click on it to collect more information.
So if this ad displays for you again can you r-click on it and take a screen capture of the information displayed and the URL of the game/page? It will help me collect more information to make sure that we get this passed along.
@RavePenguin, there is this ad about a website called playgame.net that come up for me often. I have noticed that it goes on endlessly(with a good background music) and has no skip buttons. I am forced to reload the page in order to get another ad. I wanted to make an inquiry about that ad from a long time, but was not able to do so. Please do look into this issue.
It looks like we'll need the session data / browser logs to help us collect more information. Right now that requires 3rd party software to collect and report on. So I'm trying to look into if I can find any steps folks can take without using programs such as Sawbuck (which is great but is 3rd party) to help collect the data.
So if folks are familiar with how to collect session data / browser logs, and are seeing this add more regularly, if you can send this over to Support@armorgames.com and in the subject Playgames.net Logs.
I'll keep working on getting something together for folks that would like to help but are not familiar with how to look for and collect session data / browser logs.
