Defense of Legends is an MMO and Armor Games has limited ability to offer help. As this doesn't seem to be a loading issue and is a function of the game, I'm going to ask if you have contacted Shinezone to ask for help?
If not please take these steps to reach out to their dedicated support team -
Please load the game. Scroll down and locate the "Support" button under the game window. It's under the "Overview" and "Wiki” section; above the "lays/ratings” sections on the right hand side. This will load a new support from where you can fill in your details and it will send a help request to Shinezone directly.
