I would like to post a comment in a game but I get the message "You must authenticate the user or provide author_name and author_email". I can't find anywhere where I can authenticate the user.
Here's what I did. Right click on a comment, and open in new tab. The tab should say Disqus Comments. There should be a box where you can type your comment. To the right of it, there should be an icon that says Verification, or something of that nature. Click on it, and it should pop up a dialogue box that will allow you to create a Disqus account. Once that is done, follow the verification steps, and you should be able to comment.
Users normally shouldn't need to make a separate Disqus account to comment. If Patrick was right, it won't be necessary. Any confirmation on that part?
