I had an anccount was level 35 suddenly wasnt able to log in wasnt able to reset pasword neither , followed instructions and now im back at level 1 . ?????
My first guess is that you have 2 accounts. The one you are posting with may be a newer account and that is why you found yourself back at level 1. I'll need to work with you more to know if my guess is correct, however.
