Hi there.

I've been experiencing problems with logging in to Stormfall: Age of War. When I log in with my ArmorGames account (amfi91) the game thinks I'm a new user (so all my progress is deleted). When I try to log in on Plarium page, the system also thinks I'm a new player.

Question - how can I log in with my old account to continue playing Stormfall?

I've contacted developers from Plarium, so they are on to it.
Will ArmorGames support have their say on this issue?

Hello,

I've been following your post with the developer and it looks like they need some information from you to get this looked into. When an account issue occurs and an MMO is involved, there is a bit of a limitation with what all we can actually do. The support team doesn't have the tool access to the MMO servers nor training on the game's policies. Instead, the MMO developers have hired their own support teams who are trained on how to support the MMO and the players.

Depending on what they communicate to you if you still need assistance, please feel free to forward the email thread you have with their support team to us. This way we can see what it is they explained to you and if needed we can follow up directly with their support staff. Please email us at our support@armorgames.com email address.
