I got a new laptop recently, and had to make a new account since I couldn't remember the details of my old one. I was trying to restart one of my favorite games on here, Curio Quest, but every time I go to the game, it only displays a black screen. No amount of refreshing the page or waiting will change it. Solutions...?
Most often when someone reports that they are experiencing a black (or white) empty window where the game should be, this is most often caused by browser having disabled the Flash player. I'm unsure which browser you have so I'm going to suggest you start here.
If that doesn't seem to be working, then can you reply back with some more details and what OS, browser, and version as well as the flash player version you are running on the new laptop?
