You may need to contact the MMO's support team to ask them about what may have cased that flagging. Sadly we don't have any access to their tools or the game records to be able to look into this.
From in the game you'll want to click on the gear icon in the upper left-hand side of the game. In the new window you'll want to click on the Send button. Fill out your email address and the information that you'd like to ask the support team about.
