The support team has seen the number of undeliverable or fake emails (i.e. myfakeemail@example.com) start to rise. What this means is if you are contacting us to get help and you are using an invalid email address, we have no way to respond to you. Nor can you use the automated password reset process to get into your account.
It's a good time to make sure you have a valid email address linked to your account before you contact us.
