My first thought would be to use Chrome or Firefox - not IE. There are lots of things to try here, but that would be the first place to start.

If loading in a different browser doesn't work, can you take a screen capture of the game window or error you see when you load the page? Hopefully, that will help us to see what sort of error you are running into.
