We've been getting some reports for a handful of games reporting that the game will not load, or the game is showing up as a white box this week. We are currently investigating the reports and we need your assistance to help us look into this further.
If you are having trouble with a game not loading (you see a loading spinner) or it's showing up as a white box we hope that you can share some information with us.
What Game or Games are you attempting to load?
What is the full URL of the game page? Please note that if the URL is "https" you can change the URL to "http" and this will more than likely solve the problem with the game page loading up with an empty game frame (AKA white box).
Which Browser are you trying to load the games with?
What is your operating system?
Which add-ons or pop-up blockers do you have installed for the browser?
If you are seeing the loading spinner, how long does it seem to spin for before it loads/doesn't load?
Sure, if you have an add-on blocker this isn't something that our team can support, but for the sake of troubleshooting these reports having this information is valuable. So if you are using any blockers, even if they are not enabled for our site, please consider sharing the information with us.
Thank you everyone for the added help and information that you can share with us about your recent experiences.
Thank you for the information that you have shared. I've sent this to the web team to check out. While I'm waiting to hear back for any new information, or if they need any additional details there are a couple of basic items that we can have you try out.
Looks like both of you have a version of the Chrome browser. The quickest troubleshooting step would be to see if this happens with another browser such as Firefox of Safari. Another option and it's likely that you guys may have already checked this out, would be to check if Chrome has disabled the player by default (which it does with the more recent versions of the browser). If you are not sure how to do this, Adobe has a guide for where to locate the settings.
Thank you both for the assistance and sharing your system details with us!
The web team has asked for some additional information with all future posts (I'll go back and edit the main post shortly). May we please we have the direct URL of the game page that you are visiting? We're looking to see if some how you guys are accessing the http or https page in addition to any other causes that may contributing to the reports.
If you find that you have an https URL (like Pirion mentioned above) please access the game by removing the "s" so that you are playing on the http game page. Currently we don't have games pages set up under https so this may be part of the cause of seeing a white window where the game should be showing up.
Our team was able to take a look at the feedback that was reported and shared in this forum post. We've made some changes on our end and believe that we've gotten this sorted out. If anyone is still having difficulties, please do let us know by reporting the information that we've asked for in the first post.
A big thanks to the community for helping us out and for sharing your details and feedback!

Pinstripe: Chapter 1, for example.
Using Firefox.
I guess the "fix" is to not use Firefox or buy a new computer or whatever. But why should I do that to play a Flash game...
