Can you give us some more information about what is crashing? When this happens next, please take a screen capture of the error and share this with us. Also what operating system and browser (name and version please) are you using to play the game?

Strike Force Heroes 3 has always been bad in terms of lag, especially on Firefox on which it is next to unplayable.
