Yeu - can you tell us what's wrong? Are you talking about the Website or a particular game? And what happens when you try to play it?

@YeuXongHiep,

You mentioned downloading, which Mobile game are you having problems with also can you share the version number? Lastly, have you updated the game in the GooglePlay store to make sure you have the most recent version of the game?
