when I try to play games or post queries on the armor games support forums the wireless network adapter I use disappears. I can't be the only one who has the problem(nor can I be lucky enough to be the first to have it hopefully anyway) does anyone know of a solution? The browser I am using is google chrome ink. This is really getting frustration I have been losing my internet connections for two weeks now and after two weeks of trying to find what is causing my wireless network adapter/internet connections to disappear(it isn't my modem or laptop so it has to be the armor games website) Really would like some help

@Morbidbleak - I've been having network adapter issues lately, too. Though mine don't seem to be related to the AG website. I really think it's probably a coincidence, but here are some things that have helped me in the past.

The first thing I'd try is uninstalling the driver. Open the Device Manager (either directly or via the Control Panel), click on Network Adapters and then right-click on your wireless adapter. There's an option to uninstall the driver. It was ask for a confirmation and, yes, you want to do this. Don't worry--the driver is saved on Windows. So restart the computer, and the driver will reinstall. Hopefully that will get your wireless card working again. If not, you can try what follows but I seriously doubt it will work. What follows are some steps I've taken to make it stay on a little more consistently.

Get back to where you were, right-click on the wireless adapter again, and click Properties. There are a few settings you can try playing around with here. If you go to Advanced, there are a bunch of option there. Most of them I don't know what they do. But make sure that 'Transmit Power' is set to 5: Highest. Also, go to the Power Management tab and uncheck the box that says 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'.

I feel like there were some other things in the Properties area that I fiddled around with, but I can't find them now. I do think those 2 are likely the most important. At least, for me they were. I hope that helps--it's super frustrating to fart around with!

I think I found the solution I downloaded ccleaner and it fixed the problem(I have not been disconnected or have lost my available connections so far at least)
