My user id was JerkGently but someone found that name questionable and thus my id was changed to Zen. I thought nothing of it until I logged into https://armorgames.com/the-last-stand-dead-zone-game/13691
see, that game knew me as JerkGently, not Zen.
I spent $25 in the game for the car.
I want my old id returned to me so I can play that game.
I talked to someone at Conartist, I'm not sure they can fix it on their side.
If they cannot fix it I'm returning here to complain more.
'Progress is not transferable between Armor Games accounts. By changing the name of your account on Armor Games, it's broken the connection on our back end. I'll have to have one of the engineers take a look at it and see what we can do.'
The staff tend not to openly discuss policy issues if they have no satisfactory solution. If you haven't already, I suggest you refer this to Support@ArmorGames.com instead. That being said:
If AG deems something to be inappropriate, it is removed from the site. Your prior use of the site is not a factor.
If the game's developers cannot transfer accounts on the game's side, AG can't do it either.
