9. Can you reset my account?
Problem: You want your account reset.
Solution: Unfortunately we can't reset your accounts at this time. The reason being that this is a very manual process and it is susceptible to griefing from other players. If we reset one account, then we set a precedence and we simply don't have the manpower to reset accounts with the frequency that we get this request.
