it's been over 10 hours, glad to see two support teams getting along so well in the jacuzzi

Our game dev team has reached out to the KingsRoad game devs right after I posted my previous message and they are working on it at the moment. I will inquire again for more info. Once I learn more I will get back here to update. Again, sorry for the inconvenience everyone...
