This is more than likely due to Adobe Flash's support slowly ending. These days, browsers have flash disabled by default, and there's no way that I know of to change that. The best you can do in that situation is you have the option to make flash enabled on a per-website basis. The exact details of how to do that change depending on your browser but I'd look into that for solving your problem
