So each time I try to enter my account it throws me to a page that says
"Required: Reset your password" It says that an email was sent to reset my password but I didn't receive one. The account name is Raiiker.
I have similiar problem. I log in with username and password but it's like I'm not logged in. In the upper ribbon it should be my username but instead I see "login" and right next to it "creat account". If I click on create account I get a info page about my account and when I start a game it says I'm not loggedin therefore I cannot access my saved game. What can I do?
I've been having the same problem as CreativeMan1234, starting with the site maintenance AG just did. I use Chrome, current version. However, I've found that going in through Firefox seems to work just fine.
If I use chrome or fireforx is the same for me. No problem solved. The solution I was managed to find is that when I login, I click "forums" and I look for the post I made and then click on my nickname. After that click system regoznize's me and I can continue playing games.
Same here, locked out of my account no matter how many attempts I try. It just kicks me back to the enter password bar on the top. This is the second day of this problem, Armor HELP!!!
