Anyone else out there feel a class action suite is appropriate if ShineZone doesn't get their act together? I've spent 3 years and several thousand dollars on this game. To pull the plug without warning is not acceptable. Let me know your thoughts...
Shinezone was negligent but still had the games coming through, and we still can play if you would let them through. This is a criminal act taking players money knowing you were going to shut off the games. Games still loading on kongregate so why not let it play until the end.
Without a good resolution to this problem you expect me to play another games on this site?

We don't know the behind the scenes on this. It's possible for AG to have a contract with Shinezone, allowing AG to host this game here. It says: As of January 13th, 2020 Armor Games can no longer host ShineZone games. Based on our agreement with ShineZone all titles listed below must be removed from our website. We have attempted to contact ShineZone numerous times regarding our platform publishing agreement and they have not responded.
With the numerous problems and bugs in the past and players trying to contact Shinezone, it was pretty much clear they ghosted everybody. Now it seems they're ghosting AG as well by not responding. It's possible that can be fined if they host this game again by SZ itself, we don't know. But this is not a problem cause by AG itself. Saying you won't play another game on this site because the devs of a certain game, that ran away with lots of money without giving their players a warning is their fault, not armorgames'.
My guess, by the looks of it and how this game didn't get updated anymore is that the devs of this game didn't bother... They were just cashing in on events, having a coded loop for the "updates". As well as flash not being supported anymore at the end of this year, I have the feeling SZ had the "well, let this ship sink while we can still gain something from it".
I'm pretty sure Paypal will not refund everybody because you were actually paying for a game, where you actually got your items you spend your money on. You would have been in the same position if they actually gave a warning today and said: "we're stopping". You still spent your money on a game that "worked"... So yeah, they could at least have given a warning for players out there (especially for the players that were paying). But in the long run, I guess this game is dead for good and the other platforms that host this game will suffer the same fate this year...
I played this game 3 years ago, now i come back and play 3 weeks, first time i invest money , and today i look game is done ! WTF ? no warning , nothing. ofcourse , why they should say that if they get moeny for it ? world never been fair.
