If you're at the title screen and it's not doing anything, that's because the title screen is, itself, a level. You'll need to left-click the pedestals in order to place mirrors and right-click them to rotate the mirrors so that the coloured beams hit the receivers underneath each letter of the title screen.
If that wasn't the problem, then I can only suggest trying a different browser. It's working for me in Firefox just fine.
One more question. Is there any way to save your progress in this game? Most games take you back to where you left off, this one doesn't seem to do that.

If there is a way, I haven't found it. Check the Disqus comments for the game, though, because that's the sort of thing players would mention/complain about.
